Lead Carpenter

Overview

We are excited to be looking for a new team member to help us do what we love to do; build, remodel, challenge ourselves, create beautiful spaces and provide a valuable partnership and positive experience for our clients.  We understand perfection is not always attainable, but we chase it, and we certainly strive to exceed expectations and go far beyond minimum quality standards.

Most of the work we do is residential remodel.  Projects range from medium sized repairs to full house remodels, some new construction, ADU’s, house lifts and the occasional small commercial renovation.  We also love to build recording studios and music spaces when they come along.  A primary goal of our company is to increase our focus on sustainable, energy efficient, and environment/human friendly construction.  Having a shared passion for better buildings is something we are looking for in a team member.

What we are seeking is a person with a thoughtful approach and drive to learn and grow with our company.  Much of what we do is custom work and involves working closely with customers to solve problems, manage selections and find all the little details/issues that must be resolved to make the job a success.  Not having all the answers all the time is OK.  Knowing when to ask for help or research alternative methods is encouraged.
