When Isaac & Cristin envisioned their ideal home, they saw a space that was not only captivating but also comfortable, accessible, and sustainable. By combining a solar panel array plus an extremely efficient building envelope and mechanical systems, this fully electric home produces enough power to offset all of the energy needs over an entire year. To further reduce waste an underground cistern was installed for rainwater collection, which is used for landscaping and toilets. A harmonious blend of sustainably sourced materials, thoughtful design, and uncompromising quality resulted in a home as enduring as it is beautiful. This Zero Energy Certified project is a testament to our commitment to the art and science of building.
